NQ Water has dedicated field service units for on site servicing, repairs and removal of equipment. Where required, a service vehicle can be sent to site, comply with site regulations and carry a comprehensive range of spare parts and manuals, as well as calibrated testing equipment.

In House

Our 700m2 facility houses a fully equipped modern workshop including over head gantry crane, spray booth, spare parts storage and wet test facilities ensuring minimised cost and inconvenience when experiencing a breakdown.

We are also able to manufacture pieces to suit a specific job or site requirement.

Scheduled Maintenance 

NQ Water can schedule and arrange routine maintenance for all pump and water infrastructure whether it be industrial, agricultural, commercial or domestic.

NQ Water backs up all sales with a full installation service. Installation of any products sold can be arranged and all work is backed by our Quality Guarantee.
